GELYMA has been founded in 1997 by Liliane and Max PELLEGRINI, Doctors es-Sciences, experts of Biology and Physiology of algae, prize-winners of the Sciences Academy of Paris, researchers at the Sciences Faculty of Luminy (Marseilles University).

Located in Marseilles (South France) on the Mediterranean coasts, GELYMA has successfully grown in servicing the Cosmetic and Personal Care Industry by continuously expanding its facilities. Today, the plan and laboratories occupy 1000 square meters.

Since the start of the company, GELYMA’s R & D efforts have resulted in continuous development of new innovative actives (22 products, 9 patents). Our products are distributed in 30 countries over the world.
